About ABCAnn Work Borger brings effective technical communication and computer technology to business professionals through office systems analysis, web development, technical writing and PC coaching. Her experience includes project management, needs analysis, software design/development, and technology transfer. She has acted as webmaster for Internet and Intranet applications. Mrs. Borger began her computer career in Washington, DC, with the US government. She worked for a computer manufacturer and a software development firm before moving to the Lehigh Valley, where she was an MIS systems analyst at Air Products from 1981 through 1988. In 1989 she started a consulting practice which evolved into Ann Borger Communication. Among other Lehigh Valley clients, Ann has worked with the Allentown YWCA, East Allen Township, the Greater Lehigh Valley chapter of the American Red Cross, and the Liberty Bell Shrine. Mrs. Borger has taught Computer Concepts at the Lehigh County Senior Citizens Center and Computer Science at Muhlenberg College. She offers "driver training" in HTML/CSS, Microsoft Windows XP®, Vista® and Office® 2003 and 2007 products such as Word and Excel on your PC. In addition to white papers on emerging technology for corporate clients, she has published articles in Pennsylvania and The Morning Call. |
